FOR OUR VIRTUAL DAY PROGRAM
Our Mission
Dedicated to serving persons living with brain injury.
Our mission is to maximize the post injury potential of persons living with brain injury with integrated, unique and holistic programs; allowing our members to pursue meaningful activities while developing a sense of belonging at home and in the surrounding communities. We will accomplish this mission with unique, person-centered, post-rehabilitation, community-based programs.

Day and Residential Programs
Hinds’ Feet Farm’s day and residential programs are a paradigm shift from the traditional medical treatment model for people living with brain injury to a model that embraces a holistic health and wellness approach, empowering members toward occupation and meaning in life post-injury. Created by, and for, persons living with brain injury members actively participate throughout the entire infrastructure of the program.
Our Day Programs are focused on helping each member find their “new normal” through dynamic on-site and community-based programming focused on cognitive, creative, emotional, physical, social and pre-vocational activities. Our day programs are located in both Huntersville and Asheville, North Carolina.
Puddin's Place is a state-of-the-art, 6-bed family care home for adults with traumatic or acquired brain injuries. This home is designed for and staffed to handle the complex needs of individuals who need moderate to maximum assistance with their activities of daily living (ADLs). Puddin’s Place is located on our Huntersville campus.
Hart Cottage is a 3-bed supported living home designed to meet the needs of adults with brain injuries who are independent with all activities of daily living (ADLs), yet need mild to moderate assistance and supervision to accomplish tasks and remain safe. Hart Cottage is located on our Huntersville campus.
Residential program members are encouraged to engage, interact and participate in the on-going activities of the day programs as well.
